We’re bringing love and joy to charitable partnerships and helping philanthropists build intentional giving strategies.
Our Match-Ready Organizations are led by members of the BIPOC Community with many of them receiving less than $1 million of funding annually. Our partner organizations are ready to take on larger contributions and create meaningful projects that create a sustainable impact.
We believe that when you pair Joy-Based Philanthropists, those eager to make a difference inspired by their legacy, with Match-Ready Organizations, they can grow and create sustainable change in our community.

OUR PROCESS
Create YouR Joy-Based Giving Strategy
In our initial meeting, we’ll determine what moves and motivates you and turn it into a strategy for your philanthropic legacy moving forward.
Available to individuals, couples, and families, we’ll have a conversation about the areas of impact that mean the most to you and how we can leverage your experience as a person of color to accelerate social change.
You’ll receive your detailed Joy-Based Giving Strategy and Personal Opportunity Portfolio as you embark on this new chapter of giving.
FoRm Your Strategic Partnerships
Once you’ve built the foundation for your legacy in our Joy-Based Giving Strategy session, you’ll have the opportunity to select the areas where you’d like to make an impact and be paired with our Match-Ready Organizations.
For example, an Impact Area could be focused on Women & Children, honoring the influential women you’ve had in your life.
We believe sustainable change happens over a longer duration of time. Each of our Joy-Based Philanthropists will have an opportunity to choose their level of commitment.
Influence the Next Great Philanthropists
We’re passionate about connecting with individuals who are eager to experience the joy of their generosity especially as they know the generosity of others.
Our work focuses on introducing and expanding the role of People of Color to the philanthropic world because we know how much of a difference intentional giving can make to organizations and your legacy.
Through our Speaking and Engagement Program, we work with groups and organizations to talk about the power of generosity and how to build a legacy that can provide the most impact to the Impact Areas we serve.

We work with BIPOC-led organizations to help them become match-ready for strategic partnerships.
